Often awed by the magnificence of nature…
Oh yes, nothing can compare!
Yet we often take for granted,
Things of abundance and not so rare!
Until, of course, when time comes
That the beauty isn’t there anymore
Or had consumed the resources
That we thought were forevermore!
Conservation is often too much a word for most
But is something we should consciously do
Lest we want both beauty and necessity lost…
Or make all accessible splendors only available at high cost!
Amazing how simple yet obviously hard for most to remember and do…
To Live and Let Live, Respect for each creature, too…
And that with nature, there is always enough for everyone’s NEED,
But very inadequate and insufficient for everyone’s GREED!
