Lonesome

Here’s another shot I took in Insular Waterfront Hotel…

I love that Hotel here in our City because it have so many lovely sites and of course it’s water front… fronting Davao Gulf, so it’s relaxing too!

Well, here’s the orginal:

Now, what did I do…:

• I turned it into sepia right away and since the lamp and bird is the only thing that looks old I turned back everything to except the lamp & bird to its original color… but it was kinda lost there…
• So I turned everything back to sepia and turned back the original color of the lamp & bird… but again it wasn’t quite right… and I didn’t like the bluish color of both the lamp and bird…. LOL
• So I made it sepia again and then turn it into BW… and erased the BW on the lamp and bird…. I liked it better…. Hhhmmmm
• But I think I needed to up the contrast… and when I did… I was happy!!! This was supposed to be my final image….
• But then I wondered how it would look inverted…. Sepia for the background and BW for the lamp & bird… and so I did everything all over again and this time using the BW first before the sepia and after being tired of making all those changes all over again… I settled on this lonesome picture…
