I was kinda thinking of posting something from a cemetery too after i took this picture at a cemetery famous ion our country but i haven't been to... until last saturday. The place is called.. "Libingan ng mga Bayani" its literal english translation is "Cemetery of Heroes"... Some of our Presidents and other statesmen are burried there and such interesting resting place too...
I took a lot of pictures from there and i bet i can use some for various purposes {especially now when my Nikon doesnt seem to turn on even with newly charged batteries}.... for MM+ this week i decided to use this one below, a tribute to all unknown soldiers...
I wanted it to look timeless at the same time like the dusk so i load it into picnik and applied the dark orangy sepia for the background but brought back the pillars and the tomb with the flag... then i turned the pillars into yellowish sepia to give the feeling of timeless glow... still leaving the tomb with flag with its original color to emphasize the grave...
Now, for the Plus in my MM.... I so wanted to include the eternal flame located infront of this monument into the picture...
...so i took it to Photoshop CS and composed it there and adding a yellow to the coal and the three stars... and here is my final MM+:
